SPA Rules and Conditions
EARLY BOOKING
We recommend that you book your treatment in advance to ensure you get your preferred time and service.
All therapists at the center are highly qualified, and Bali Spirit reserves the right to assign therapists based on their schedules, although preference requests will be given priority.
RESERVATION POLICY
To confirm a reservation for treatments for two or more people, a deposit of 50€ per person is required.
The tank:
– It will be deducted from the total amount due on the day of the appointment.
– It is non-refundable.
– Changes will only be accepted if notified at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day reservations, changes must be made at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the customer does not wish to pay the deposit, we will not be able to guarantee the reservation, and we will give priority to those customers who do pay it.
PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION
Payment for the reservation can be made in several ways:
-In person at our center located at 59 Aribau Street in Barcelona.
-By phone, providing only the front-of-card information from a credit card. Under no circumstances will you be asked for the CVC. (In this case, the system accepts any type of card except American Express.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, changes, or no-shows less than 24 hours before the appointment—or 4 hours for same-day reservations—will result in the forfeiture of the €50 deposit per person.
For appointments that do not require a deposit, if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment—or 4 hours for same-day reservations—Bali Spirit reserves the right to request payment for your next appointment in advance.

PRICES
The prices of the treatments listed on the website are shown in € and represent the final purchase prices. www.balispirit.es reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, Bali Spirit agrees to apply the current rates listed on the website at the time of your purchase.
ARRIVAL AT BALI SPIRIT SPA
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment so you’ll have time to change and fill out the LDPD form.
For administrative reasons, we will ask for the ID number of the person making the reservation.
DURATION OF YOUR TREATMENT
The duration of the treatment is agreed upon before entering the treatment room; however, it can always be extended if the schedule allows. The therapist should check with the front desk to see if such availability exists.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, causing the service to be interrupted and resulting in less time than you had booked, you will still be required to pay for the full service.
Once the session is over, the therapist will let you know that your treatment has ended.
Treatment rooms must be vacated after the service is complete. Bali Spirit allows a maximum of 15 minutes to leave the treatment room after the treatment ends. Otherwise, the spa reserves the right to charge additional fees for non-compliance (€10 for every five additional minutes).
SPA RULES
You are not allowed to go barefoot on our premises. It could cause slipping and accidents.
Smoking and drug use are prohibited inside the establishment.
If you disrespect your therapist or confuse the massage service with a sexual service by causing discomfort or interrupting the treatment, your therapist may terminate the service and charge the full fee at the front desk.
ONLINE SHOPPING
You can purchase any of our treatments through our website , www.balispirit.es. Purchases are valid for 3 months, except in the Baby Spa, Expectant Mother, and Postpartum sections, where they are valid for 6 months.
Expired purchases will not be accepted. Before the expiration date, and in extreme cases, you may call to extend the date if necessary.
You can only purchase the product through the website; reservations must be made via WhatsApp at +34 650 328 560, by calling +34 934 517 085, or at our location at 59 Aribau Street in Barcelona.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
You can purchase a gift certificate for any of our treatments through our website www.balispirit.es, via WhatsApp, by phone, or in person. Gift certificates are valid for 3 months, except for the Baby Spa, Expectant Mother, and Postpartum sections, where they are valid for 6 months.
Expired checks will not be accepted. Before the check expires, and in extreme cases, you may call to extend the expiration date if necessary.
If the recipient would like to modify or upgrade the treatment or ritual included in their gift certificate, they can do so by letting us know at the time of booking.
– If you choose treatments that cost more than the value of the gift certificate, you must pay the difference on the day of your appointment.
– If you choose a treatment that costs less than the value of the gift certificate, the difference will remain as a balance to be redeemed, provided it is within the gift certificate’s validity period.

BONUSES
We offer you the option to purchase gift cards, through which Bali Spirit will reward your loyalty by giving you credit to use toward treatments. These gift cards function as prepaid balances, and the cost of your treatments will be deducted from them as you use them.
These gift cards can be shared among multiple people and do not expire.

AGE REQUIREMENT
There is no minimum age requirement. Bali Spirit welcomes everyone from infants to adults, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please let our team know about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries when you book your treatment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The spa will not be held liable for accidents, possible loss, or damage to personal belongings.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No refunds will be issued for payments or services already rendered; however, reservation changes are accepted, provided they are made at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day appointments, such notice must be given at least 4 hours in advance to be accepted.
