SPA Rules and Conditions<\/h2>

ADVANCE BOOKING<\/h4>

We recommend that you book your treatment in advance to secure your preferred time and service.<\/p>

All therapists at the center are highly qualified, and Bali Spirit reserves the right to assign therapists according to its schedule, although priority will be given to preferences.<\/p>

RESERVATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

To formalize the booking of treatments for two or more people, a deposit of \u20ac50 per person is required.<\/p>

The deposit:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 It will be deducted from the total amount due on the day of the appointment.<\/p>

\u2013It is non-refundable.<\/p>

Changes will only be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. For same-day bookings, changes must be made at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. <\/p>

If the customer does not wish to leave the deposit, then we will not be able to guarantee the reservation, giving priority to those customers who do leave it.<\/p>

RESERVATION PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>

The reservation payment can be made in several ways:<\/p>

-In person at our center located at Aribau 59 street in Barcelona.<\/p>

-By phone, providing only the front details of a bank card. The CVC will never be requested. (In this case, the system accepts any type of card except American Express). <\/p>

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations, modifications or no-shows less than 24 hours before the appointment, or 4 hours for bookings made on the same day, will result in the loss of the \u20ac50 deposit per person.<\/p>

In the case of appointments that do not require a deposit, if the cancellation or modification is not made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or 4 hours in the case of bookings made on the same day, Bali Spirit reserves the right to request payment for the next appointment in advance.<\/p>

PRICES<\/strong><\/p>

The prices of the treatments listed on the website are shown in \u20ac and are final purchase prices. www.balispirit.es<\/a> reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, Bali Spirit is committed to applying the rates in effect as shown on the website at the time of your purchase. <\/p>

ARRIVAL AT BALI SPIRIT SPA<\/strong><\/p>

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change and fill out the LDPD form.<\/p>

For administrative reasons, the ID number of the person making the reservation will be requested.<\/p>

DURATION OF YOUR TREATMENT<\/strong><\/p>

The treatment time is booked before entering the treatment room; however, it can always be extended if the schedule allows. The therapist will check with reception to see if there is availability. <\/p>

If you arrive later than your appointment time, the service will be interrupted and you will receive less time than you had booked, you will still have to pay for the service in full.<\/p>

Once the service is finished, the therapist will notify you that your treatment has ended.<\/p>

The treatment rooms must be vacated after the service is completed. Bali Spirit allows a maximum of 15 minutes to leave the room after the treatment is finished. Otherwise, the spa reserves the right to apply surcharges in case of non-compliance (\u20ac10 for every additional five minutes). <\/p>

SPA RULES<\/strong><\/p>

Walking barefoot is not permitted in our facilities. It could cause slips and accidents. <\/p>

Smoking and drug use are prohibited inside the establishment.<\/p>

If you disrespect your therapist or confuse the massage service with a sexual service, causing discomfort and interrupting the treatment, your therapist may terminate the service and charge the full fee at reception.<\/p>

ONLINE SHOPPING<\/strong><\/p>

Any of our treatments can be purchased through our website www.balispirit.es.<\/a> Purchases are valid for 3 months, except for the Baby Spa, Expectant Mother and Postpartum sections, which are valid for 6 months. <\/p>

Expired purchases will not be accepted. Before the expiration date, and in extreme cases, you can call to extend it if necessary. <\/p>

GIFT CERTIFICATES<\/strong><\/p>

You can purchase a gift voucher for any of our treatments through our website www.balispirit.es<\/a>, via WhatsApp, by phone, or in person. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months, except for the Baby Spa, Expectant Mother, and Postpartum sections, which are valid for 6 months. <\/p>

Expired checks will not be accepted. Before the expiration date, and in extreme cases, you may call to extend it if necessary. <\/p>

If the recipient wishes to modify or extend the treatment or ritual listed on their gift certificate, they can do so by notifying us at the time of booking.
\u2013 If you choose treatments with a value higher than the amount of the gift voucher, you will have to pay the corresponding difference on the day of your appointment.
\u2013 If you choose a treatment with a lower value than the amount of the gift voucher, the difference will remain pending redemption, always during the validity period of your gift voucher.<\/p>

VOUCHER<\/strong><\/p>

We offer the option to purchase vouchers, which Bali Spirit will use to reward your loyalty by giving you credit to spend. These vouchers function as prepayments, and your treatments will be deducted from them as you use them. <\/p>

These vouchers are for multiple people and do not expire.<\/p>

REQUIRED AGE<\/strong><\/p>

There is no minimum age requirement. Bali Spirit caters to everyone from babies to adults, but minors must be accompanied by an adult. <\/p>

HEALTH CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Inform our team of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment.<\/p>

LOSSES OR DAMAGES<\/strong><\/p>

The Spa will not be responsible for accidents, possible losses or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>

No se realizar\u00e1n devoluciones de pagos ni de servicios ya realizados; sin embargo, se aceptan modificaciones de reservas, siempre y cuando se avisen con 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n.
